Update: My car has returned and is working properly. Thanks George for updating me on what all was going on with my car and making sure it was corrected. The customer service shown here has been great. Update: My car was picked up 6/20/23 someone reached out to me and informed me my car would be a priority. Today is 6/22/23 hopefully I hear an update in regards to my car. As iv stated customer service has not been an issue my rating is strictly bad on my car performance.
Customer service was superb. This rating is for the Fact that I purchased my vehicle 6/16/23 today is 6/19/23 my car shut off completely three time I now have it parked. I’m not a heavy driver so it wasn’t until today when I actually used my car to get back and forth to work that everything went downhill. On my way my car shut completely down at the red light, twice and on my way home not only did the oil light come on but so the the check engine light it is slow to pick up speed drops speed as I am driving! Was told that they could service my car but it will not be until 6/29 the worst!!!!!!
I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from this auto sales place, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within the first week of owning the car, it started experiencing multiple issues, making it clear that it was not in the best condition. The management at this place is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, they have a policy of shutting off your car within the same day your payment, regardless of any extenuating circumstances you may be facing. This lack of empathy and understanding is truly appalling. What's even more frustrating is that they will gaslight you, making you believe that you are the problem, when in reality, the car itself is a complete piece of junk. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this place to look elsewhere. ** I COULD GIVE THIS -100 STARS IF I COULD-- not even worthy of one star.
Can't ever get a hold of anyone when we call. They don't take the payments out of my account like we signed up for so they shut my car down and tell me I'm late on my payment, and even when I call no one ever answers. I do not live in Pasadena and it is not convenient to drive out there over something so stupid. Still waiting to get into touch with anyone there. Debating on keeping the car or not at this point. Ridiculous.
Today 8/2/2023 came with a friend to buy a vehicle. Start to finish was great! The sales person was Jose. I would recommend him. He was very nice and patient.
This has been the worst experience with this car place.I brought my car a month ago 7/01/2023 and been dealing with an oil leak since the same week I brought the car. I haven’t even had the chance to enjoy the car due to the fact of been in the shop twice for the same problem once for a week just for them to (patch the leak with silicone)got it back now week later 12 hours in shop and they can’t help me I have lost wages and all only thing she keep saying is you have a warranty. management very rude and don’t know how to management you can’t speak with anyone over her you just have to deal with them taking your money being without a car for weeks and just deal with the warranty basically THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL ‼️ UPDATE :: MY CAR WENT FROM JUST A SIMPLE OIL LEAK TO NEEDING 7 ARE MORE THINGS NEED TO BE FIX INCLUDING ANOTHER MOTOR JUST RECEIVED MY CAR BACK 9-2-2023 NOW IT NEEDS TO GO BACK IN THE SHOP FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF DAYS BECAUSE OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DUE TO DECREES IN MY ENGINE POWER PLUS OTHER THINGS MY CAR HAVE BEEN IN THE SHOP 3 OR 4 TIMES ALREADY THE SHOP HAVE ENJOYED MY CAR MORE THEN I HAVE MY CAR WENT FROM JUST FROM A SIMPLE OIL LEAK TO PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS 🤦🏾♀️
I came in with a low down and Miguel was so kind and really helped me I had a bad experience at the other location and he made sure I had a great experience with them he got me in and out .I would recommend this place to anyone !Come and see Miguel he will take care of u !
